One of my daughters friends mom is looking at a house up the street from you, and was told she would need to get flood insurance. You ever had a flood?

not a real flood, but the water table is kinda high here. its an older street an they dont drain real well . . .great neighborhood though . . . which house exactly, any idea? . . are you serious bout the insurance

Thats what she said. I'm not sure which house. Of couse there are fake floods. They sell them right next to the fake vomit, and the fake dog crap.
