Default Stellings VS CMI

Well it’s about time to make my decision on exhaust for my 604CI motors. I am looking at both of these companies any input? I was also looking at the KE aluminum. however just no bling.

KE's make much more bottom end, and should be around the same on the top end on your motors. This is what our testing showed us when we originally made those headers under the name PF Marine. Just make sure you have a good water supply through them with air pop-offs on your strainer.

The KE manifolds are not pretty, but they are also zero maintenance for many years. The more Hp the more you should consider the cast manifolds. When you pump a lot of BTU's through the SS the fight begins with cold and hot, the cast manifolds will win every time and worst case you lose 25 Hp and and can ride all summer

Stelling is an expensive, but superior product. If moneys not an issue, go Stellings.

I can help you with the CMI's or the Stellings. I saw your other thread and I am currently converting a 388 Hustler from Bravo to Arnesons and Ilmor V-10's.
