Default Wire harness extension

I'm converting my OMC to Merc. Both the OMC harness from the gauge & the Merc harness are a 10 pin round connector. Problem is I need an extension between the 2 harnesses. Anyone know of a prefab extension or will I need to splice & extend the wires?

The harness is routed through a PVC pipe in the floor. I'm fairly positive there isn't enough slack under the dash but I'll take another look.

Tried a bunch of different leads & no one has exactly what I need. There are pigtails that I could splice into either end of the harness but no 10pin round extensions. Since I'll need to splice into either end anyway the cheapest option would be to get a 3' section of harness with the appropriate wires/ gauge & colors. Anyone have an old wire harness I could get a section of?
