I just wanted to recognize Russ at Mr. Cool Marine Products for great customer service.

Late last Thursday night I sent Russ a pm asking about availability and pricing for a merc oil cooler. First thing Friday morning I had an email quoting almost 40% off Merc's price, quick follow up call to confirm part numbers, and cooler was ordered to be delivered Tuesday. Quick, easy, fair pricing, good communication, and my cooler showed up on Monday a DAY EARLIER than promised!
