525 EFI slow response??

525 EFI slow response??
Still trying to figure out this motor. Trying to plane out boat from idle, motors revs up to 2500 rpm and stays there for several seconds, at least 5-6 seconds before it responds. At that time motor hits and pulls hard. Check with scan tool, 3 active codes: 75,118,191. Had 2 different people looking at it now scratching there head. I also noticed my top speed is down 6-7 along with wot rpm. Any suggestions, ideas?
