Think twice before you buy Progressive Insurance, BEWARE !!!!!!!! we buy insurance for the insurance that our vessels will be repaired to the condition it was in before damage occured , and they are there for support and services , they have no customer care the adjuster never calls me back, had to contact superviser several times only to be talked down to and they make me feel like im a criminal !!!!, they want your money but will do anything to deny your claim !!!!!

Pretty common knowledge about Progressive. The have some of the worst claims service of any insurance company. Ask any auto body shop. They hate Prrogressive.

My Progressive policy just expired today. Renewed with Stacy for a lot less, and much more High Perf experience on claims.

From this thread it looks as though you were right Stacy in the other correspondence we had about other insurance companies.

Yeah, I am much more confident in the other carriers we represent and feel much better having you with one of them.

I am just curious here but what made you initially choose to write your insurance with Progressive? I'm always curious as to why clients end up choosing them.

I go through a local ins broker here in town , always finds me the lowest insurance and has never let me down, Insurance shopping is one thing i hate to do, id rather have someone else do the dirty work, well in this case , I was let down big time , after 3 visits from the adjuster and one visit from there marine surveyer, a month with out my boat they are denieing my claim, I am fixxing out of pocket now, dropped progressive and will be calling Stacy !
