You would need a hydraulic helm, 3 High pressure hoses: 1 from power steering pump to the helm, 2 from the helm to the transom bulkhead fitting and 1 Low pressure return hose back from the helm to the power steering pump. And a few fittings. I bought the hydraulic stuff from my local Parker store and my helm pump off of eBay.

Just as Rookie said. Nothing on the outside in the rear will change. You will need the helm and dash bezel, about 60 feet of high pressure hose (2250-2500 psi), high pressure hose ends, about 20 feet of low pressure return hose, hose ends for low pressure hose, filter, extra reservior, etc.
You can use a helm and hose kit from anyone. It doesn't have to be from Marine Machine. IMCO and Mayfair both have reasonably priced kits. Expect to pay around $1000-$1200.
Let me know if I can help.

You can also completely do away with power steering pump and get a hydraulic helm pump and reservoir. That's what I did and was WAY easier...

Mind you, I didnt have steering pumps on my motors to begin with...

I am wanting to do the same thing to my boat. I also have the Marine Machine with dual rams on my single Bravo. CP has two different kits that I have been eyeing up. One is the delux kit for $1,600, the other kit is the basic kit for $1,300.
