In the Merc Manual it says .500"/.500" lift. For duration it says 356*/352*. Duration doesn't sound right to me, may be a miss print. Here's a couple marine cams from Summit which is probably what you are looking for if you are wanting to keep it stock.

RMbuilder would know the spec, but the stock cams were not that great. I would at least use one similar to the 454 mag cam. A roller would be much better but more expensive.
After reading it over I see you posted 370 HP, that would most likley be the mag engine. Do a little research you should be able to find somthing similar or slightly bigger. Be sure not to go to big you will be limited if you are running stock exhaust.

bcfountain,
The 431-9830 cam is still available through GM dealers as part #14096209. GM rates this cam as 220*/220* @.050 .500/.500 LSA115, while other sources rate it 224*/224* @.050 .510/.510 LSA 115.5. Either way it's the same cam. They have a version of this cam ground +5* as part# 10185060. Both part #s are still active @ Scoggin-Dickey.
