Look under prop repair and there is always someone who fixes skegs on the boat, locally we got a guy named STANGES prop repair, he welded mine on the boat for about 75 or 100$ 6 or 7 years ago, it can be done , on the boat and no it doesn't burn the oil or bearings in the lower. The guy I mentioned is in Bay city Mi, would be 120 miles from you but I am sure you can find someone locally, Smitty

Yeah, I just bought it and wanted to make it look nice. The prop is beat up too. What should you expect to pay for a prop job?

I have used Marine Tex to fill small voids like the one you show.

I would have the prop shaft inspected as well. Does the up trim work?

Just take it to anyplace that welds aluminum. They should be able to fill that in easily.
