Default winterizing needed in cali?

do i need to winterize a 496 in southern California? boat lives indoors in a warehouse during the winter. concrete floors and walls it never get below 50-55 deg and that is very rare usually in the 60's and 70's all winter long.

Think ya answered your own question,

change the oil and some fogging oil in the cyls and your good

If you aren't going to use the boat for a while, pull the plugs and spray some in each cylinder. crank it over a few times and put the plugs back in.

my boat stays climate controlled year round and i always do oil/drive oil change, change all filters treat fuel and fog the engine before winter layup
