My motor=454 LH(standard rotation).

Using Prop for RH.

Intake hose to RH on seawater pump.

Correct?????

huh? You talking about the rotation of the crank as viewed from the back of the boat?

I think what he is asking is the hoses that go into the water pump. You can put them on for RH rotation or LH rotation. This is done for the motor it has nothing to do with the drive at all. So if your motor is LH rotation your hose from the raw water pump should go to the LH in side.
