Default Switching from carbs to efi

If you have nice engs or looking at a boat with nice big blocks . any info on someone to inject them? I'm a big fan of efi motors. I'm a auto tec thats been working on engs way before efi. Its the only way to go. But who has the best stuff?? Thanks for your help.
