how do you change the oil without taking it off the engine ?

I used a turkey baster to suck oil out. worked well.

I use a syringe with that clear/white plastic oil pressure gauge line on it.

http://www.offshoreonly.com/forums/g...-sea-pump.html there is a plug you have to remove ,its under the fuel pump,,suck it out and refill with gear lube about 4 oz

I took mine off and carried them to the machine shop and had them drilled and tapped for a drain plug at the bottom.

I can do it myself anytime , I just don't want to remove them this year. maybe next year .
