Old post but similar question. I just bought a 25P M+ with the Flo-Torq hub, and box says Bravo up to 400hp. I have a 502 Mag MPI in an Baja 232, 415hp. I didn't think much of it when I ordered the prop, as I had run Flo-Torq on my previous boats, with less HP.
I like the idea of the Flo-Torq saving from an impact, but is there an issue with running it in the slightly higher HP then recommended?

Keep a spare insert in the boat. Eventually you will crack the delrin with your HP.

You can always make your plastic FloTorq a solid hub with the SS insert.
