500 horses is all she needs for a stock drive and any kind of reliability. Modified Bravos can take upwards of 700 horses if you use restraint with them.

Bravo uppers seem to be the weak spot, but I'd be reluctant to run a lot of horses thru a Bravo3 (twin counterrotating props)

A Bravo2 is a big-prop houseboat drive.

I put about 600 hp through my stock 1.5 for a year.
Last year I put about 850hp through my 1.36. I had no problems with either set up.

But hey, that's just me. Most everyone else does have problems pushing that kind of power.

I tend to be light on the hammer.
