Anybody know for sure if Mobil 1 15w50 oil has the zinc additive needed for flat tappet camshafts?

i use it on my flat tappet cam,,,no issues but i also put a qt of lucas oil additive...i also use M1 in my 92 sub 454 with flat tappet cam..10w30 and 462000 k and still purs like a kitten.all oe and nothing major has been done to the engine except basic maintaice..knock on wood..

Mobil website answers this question - the zinc / phos levels have not changed in 15W50 - still 1200+ ppm, plenty for a flat tappet. I use M1 15W50, and after use my zinc / phos levels are never under 1300 ppm.

Motor cycle oils still have zinc, I would use either the Harley or Spectro oil. I have been using the Spectro for a few changes it stays unbelievably clean, also shows very little pressure drop at higher temps.
