Default Any suggestions ?

Here is my info./.Thinking about 33 herings 5 blade? Looking for more top end

Hering 6 blade 15.5

4,000 RPM to plane
3000 RPM 57 mph
3500 RPM 68 mph
5200 RPM 93.4

Maximus 5 blade 15.5/8
( conditions may have been better w cooler water and a tiny bit more choppy)

3,000 RPM to plane
3000 RPM 59 MPH
3500 RPM 70 MPH
5300 RPM 94.8 MPH

The six blade felt really nice as far as the boat getting set. boat felt nice ( not so glued in in the rear as the maximus)

I believe we spoke this AM.
The Hering 5 blade should provide very good top end.

A Labbed Maximus could provide the best all around performance as well as better top speed.

Looking to sell the 6 blade but they will be spares for now. Then I will get a set from you labbed or find a set of used 5 blade herings.. Thanks for your help.. The only props that have worked well on both of my last 2 fountains were props i got from you

Fwiw I found a deal on some 32 hering 5 bl. I think I need to be higher to run the 6 bl and it's already too hard to plane w my set up.
Also we can see what the real top end dif is between stock Hering and Maximus. I'm excited !

Hey wait a minute. What about us? LOL

The stock Max props have .4% better slip number than the Herings. Labbing the Maximus props could and should be the better choice!

Glad I could help though................

All the cruise numbers were of by 10 mph. I fixed it.

Brett you always help and I thank you. I will go no where else for Mercury props. Just that Jeff took care of me too. Thanks again for your continued support. Chad
