Smoke and mirrors!!! All those financial wizards don't know chit!!! How could anyone recommend buying a stock that is selling for 10, 20 times earnings. Gee, could they have been making money? I owned stocks that went from $2 up to $110 and now down to $3. All in a yr. and a half.
GE, IBM...these "Big, safe" companies are done. IBM already selling off divisions.
Lets not get into the companies like Enron, Tyco and World Com who LIE about there financial position! They have hurt millions of people.
The problem with the market is no one is held accountable! A broker convinces you to invest in a stock, it takes a nose dive and your broker just shrugs his/her shoulders while you lose money.
Oh yea, how about Merryl Lynch giving phoney information to it's investors.
Buying into the stock market is like buying a used boat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
