Carb Question
#1
I just changed the stock Q-jets on my 330's to new 750 Edelbrocks. I lost 200 rpm's, what gives? My accelarater pumps on the Quads were weak and the throttle responce was slow. So I decided to replace them with "newer and better carbs". Any insite is appreciated.

You can't just change carb's and run right. You will most likely have to increase the jet sizes, since most aftermarket carbs end up on cars, with hot engine compartments and mufflers. Continuous lean high rpm could ruin your motors!!!! Check this out soon!!

did you mount the carbs to your stock dual bolt pattern intakes? possibly using a thin spacer with two gaskets? did you use the front set of holes or the back set because the carb will bolt to both. if you used the back set you would be shrouding a big part of the underside of your carb with the dual plane part of the intake.
