Default Bravo 1 stuck in forward. any suggestions

My outdrive on my starboard motor is stuck in forward but works fine in forward. Checked my cable and it works perfect all the way into drive. Pulled outdrive any suggestions what may have happened? Never had a drive apart before. I consider myself pretty good and wondering if I should tackle this one or send it to marina?

Pull the back cap off and see if you can get the linkage to move.
