A whole lot of Mfrs make open bow or mid cabin boats. Advantage, Nordic, Donzi, Sunsation, Magic, and about a hundred others. Look in the classifieds!

Default Another logical thought might be...

...to consider center console boats.

Not saying one is better or worse than another, just another option. It seems in the performance world they are becoming more and more popular.

Are you looking for a big lake boat or small lake/river? Very Few offer a true bowrider with a performance hull. Laveycraft 26' is all I know of, most are going to be Mid-Cabin Open Bow.

Big Lakes/Big Slop: 24 degree deadrise
Laveycraft/Sunsation

Smaller Lake/River:
Howard/Advantage/Nordic/Eliminator/Hallet

I have a Hallett 30 footer with an open bow and I have never been a big fan of the open bow mainly due to the look but this one was too good a deal to pass up and I now like it due to the room it gives you.The V berths in my other boats just became a spot to store stuff that always fell off in rough water and I never used the area.Just need to remember they do not make good ocean boats due to a big hole in them.Halletts also have large cockpits with lots of room.

I saw a nice 96 Checkmate Persuader 24ft open bow with a 454 on craigslist not long ago. Sunsation MCOB's are nice but they are big money.
