Default Filling trs for bravo

Questions:
The transon is sound. I understand the step down layering, plug process, but glaswork is a mystory

1.-how far do i cut back from the trs hole(s) both int and ext. To have proper strength and clearence for the bravo i?
2. Do i use epoxy or cloth/resin between layer - if cloth what type.
3 can i use a pre-made glass panel to match ext glass thickness and blend the joint for paint or do i lay up multiple layers of glass/resin.

4. Where can i get a bravo i cut out template.
Thanks for any help.
