I know this subject has been gone over time and again, But... Has anyone ever done a cam swap in a 7.4 MPI without touching the ecu? I'm not looking for horse power, just the sound of it. on a budget until i have the money to upgrade to a bigger motor. I know there's a guy in Texas who claims he put a Crane 168731 in a stock motor without changing ecu settings. Is this far fetched? Hope someone chimes in...
