Default Prop Hub Milling

I have a set of Herings for a 1" Bravo shaft. Hering wants $1000 each to change the hubs to 1-1/4". Can these be milled to the new size? If yes, who can do it?

hydromotive changed my solid hub hydro's from 1" to 1.25". think it was under 200 per prop. you may want to call them to see if they would do it ?

We do this all the time too. Changing the 1" insert to the 1.25" insert is different than changing a Hering. The Hering hubs/splines are machined and broached into the casting itself. This requires a much more indepth process to change to 1.25" since the old splines will need to be machined out
Herin will be changing their castings in 2013.

So, only Hering can do it?
