Default Replacing foam on engine hatch question

Anybody replace their foam on the engine hatch? Mine is settled and causing a low spot in the middle of the hatch. It looks like the large Philips head screws around the perimeter hold the cushion/plywood? Is there more screws under the mirror? Thanks

On my Tantrum there was a screw in the middle, maybe two, when I took it off. No mirror on the hatch though.

Correct. Just the screws you see. And what you are seeing is the foam on the top side of the "box" of the hatch. Once you pop it off you can replace the foam.
