Default Seperate Water pickups for the coolers

Is this going to do anything for top end. I have 10 psi @ wot with stock waterpump set up I have. The coolers run off the stock pluming with the water that is coming through the outdrives. Oil temps and water temps are 130-180. Any help would be great

A lot of set ups use water drawn in by seawater pump. Personally I would never reduce the amount of available water to cool my engines. I have 2 offshore pickups for intercoolers. Am I losing 1-2 MPH ?? Maybe, but so will a hotter running motor. IMO go with the pickups.

I was wondering if more water through the cooler could make more HP. That was my question. If you have a thermostat, the motors don't need all that much to stay cool.
