a shorty lower will probably have better results than merely adding a cone

maybe going to 1 inch , had a friend who went 3 inch and had to put a spacer in to get it back

How fast is the boat? If you are not over 85 it is a waste. Also -2 will make a 27 a little unstable. I have witnessed this first hand. The guy I know went back to stock length for a much more stable ride.

Good to know...unfortunately only 62-65 as of now got a new prop hoping for a little more
