Question Prop Help?

My buddy has a 1995 22' Baja Twilight with a 350 alpha. He is running a Merc. Vengence 21p at 4700. The boat is a complete mess in the water. Nose is always up(except at 30mph)and propoises always. He told me that even a little bit of trim hurts the handling. Just for the hell of it I asked him to measure his drive height from the bottom and he told me is was 7.50". That seems a bit high and would explain for the boat falling from plane all the time. I believe a 4 balde is the answer but wanted to know if there is a 3 blade that would give him a bit more stern lift to help controll this thing. I don't want to tell him the wrong thing so he can blow his money for nuthin'! The boat was radared at 57.2mph if that helps too. Thanks guys!

call hydromotive at 330-425-4266 They are supposed to be a stern lifting prop. Ask lots of questions. I am sure if thier prop is not right maybe they could point you in the right direction.

Aside from propage... one other thought would be trim tabs. That would control this problem, but may take a little away on the top. More power is another thought.
