In August I bought a 233 Formula with intensions of working on it all winter. I had a place lined up that is heated but it has fallen through.

I'm looking for some ideas or if anyone knows a storage place in the area that would let me work on the boat for the winter. If it was a small unit I could heat it myself, if allowed.

I'm flexible on the location and the times that I work on the boat. I may even be able to get it all done in 1 month if needed. I have a couple leads, but thought I would ask here for any other ideas.
