full interier 41 with dynoed 540's 667hp apiece
whats your speed thoughts?

Big shaft #3's for drives? A lot of variables and the fact that the weights of the pleasure versions were all over the board. I'd guess a few mph slower than what Chiro said probably more like 70-72mph. A pleasure 41' could weigh 13,000lbs or better.

"the chief" runs like 82ish. i spoke with the owner this summer. nice guy. beautiful boat. he had 900's and 3a's if memory serves me right. im gonna go with baywatch on this one and say right around the 70 mark

Chief ran 86 with 850 HP... just texted previous owner...lol so should have a tad more now...

how come in the 41 brochure they said with twin merc 575's and #3 drives boat will do 70mph
667 hp perside should get better than that then for sure
or was the brochure just to sell the boat? lol

I remember the old magazine ads for Apache,they said"575s with speedmasters 75mph gauranteed" and I will assume that was saltwater speeds.

The first ads read 75 mph but I thought they were changed shortly thereafter - in another Apache thread someone posted the brochures and 70mph was published....
