The more info you can give about the boat & how much you can invest in it the more accurate the responses will be. A serial # for the engine & drive can tell exactly what your starting with then where to go from there. Welcome to OSO. Randy

Sure that's not a throttle body on an EFI system? Never heard of a single barrel carb on a 350. Don't waste your time and money on that 350. If you want to run 70 pull that engine and sell it and replace it with a 454 mag. That's what came in a lot of them and they run 70 all day. You would have to squeeze everything you could get out of that 350 and then would loose any dependability. Putting a 4 barrel intake and carb on that will do nothing but make your wallet lighter.
