Dart Block Bronze Lifter Bushing Bore Oil Holes Not Lined Up, Problem??

I have a NEW Dart Gen 6 block that has the bronze lifter bore bushings installed. All the lifter oil holes are not lined up.
Ive never had a block with bushions/sleaves and not sure it makes much difference, I would say over .250 thou is over hanging in the oil hole.If you look down the lifter oil galley from the front or rear you can see there not lined up, It kinda looks like there turned 180 out,
I think I remember the stock blocks are drilled from the front and rear and in the middle the have a little miss alinement.Normal.
Is this normal?
Also please look at the picks in the top right hand of the pick you can see the top of the guide that the bronze is flaking on the outside edge,Ive sanded them and still has the flakes. I would think some would flake off over time and go thru the motor,I know its a softer metal but I would think it could get in a lifter orifice and stick/stop up the plunger.collapse the lifter.
I appreciate any advice/knowledge on if this is a problem.
Im trying as I think to do it right.

I have done many lifter bushings, using a BHJ Lifter True, I have my bushings cut to length, being that all bushings are not the same in length. I have never had the oil holes pre-drilled. I always drill them after installation, then hone to size for lifter clearance. Having to large of a hole would seem to me, not to be practical if going to the extent of bushing the block.
Looking at the top of the bushing, installed has left pieces of bronze that will break off, it also looks like a sharp edge on the entrance of the I.D. of the bushing.
To sum it up, I would have never trimmed the lifter bushings to length in the block and would have drilled bushings after installation.

did they come that way from Dart?? If so I would call them and tell them you are not happy with the work. They do quality work there. At least the guys that worked on my block were top shelf. Call and talk to Richard Maskin, explain what you have (if they did the work) and see where it goes. He is good people.
Looks like they didnt chamfer the enlarged bore, before pressing the bushings in. And I would not be happy with the alignment of the oil holes.. Does not look good to me. Just my .02.

These guys are correct you have to drill the bushing after you install it. Then hone it to size. I would contact dart and talk to them they are pretty good about standing behind there products.

Richard wasn't there when I called. I talked to BJ a Dart. He said that the misalignment is normal,that there's not much oil flow thru there,?
This block was a blem the reason they put bushions in it, not sure what was wrong.but the bushions were suppose to fix it. They forgot to machine down the tops for the gen 6 lifter,I had them machined down to the stock height.
I found out that the oil galley is not drilled center anyway, that the intake and exhaust are not in line also http://barkerengines.com/#330/linkedin said they usually just drill a small hole in them.
When I washed it the cleaning rod/brush went thru them all.
I guess they could have different ones for exhaust and intake so the holes line up better?
The bevel on the top looks like its not a 45, I've been told that most shops have a different opinion on the bevel,some want more that other,depending on how much oil they want scraped off. I debured the tops and took the sharp edge off, there all smooth now. I'm going to mock it up and make sure the lifter oil slot doesn't go below the hole.
