can you say 80,000hp gas turbines!!!!
I actually saw a show a few months back about a new navy cruiser, i forget the actual class, but its about 150 and can cruise at 50 knots it has diesel (slow speed manuvering)and gas turbine power.

That head on shot makes my toes curl under !!!! pretty intimidating.

You can ride on one of those things from Maine to Nova Scocia. It is called simply "The Cat". It will fun at 55mph with cars and trucks all loaded on. Even if one of the pumps sucks up sea weed (happens all the time) it can still make 40-45mph!!!!
