Default Removing back seat on 302

I have a 2001 Baja 302 I'm looking to remove the back seat to install a large sub box. My intentions are to locate the battery's to the engine compartment, as well as the battery switches. Was then going to eliminate the fresh water tank. At first I figured it was molded in like a lot of boats. Then I realized it came out. I noticed on the engine side there were three screws that looked like they needed to come. I noticed some inside the seat as well, but looked like they screwed in under the floor. So does the floor need to come out? And where are all the screws, or at least how many? Thanks a lot.

I didn't notice any caulking in the joint which surprised me. As for # of screws... Ok you made me bust out laughing.

But thank you
