Default Gauges pegged?

Anyone know what would cause the temp gauge oil pressure gauge to peg to the right and the tach to stop working?
if it helps they are all 3 right in a row.

All working fine for first 30 min of the outing.

Might have lost a ground under the dash?

Is the ground "daisy chained"? Which would explain the 3 in a row.

The ground is usually daisy-chained for gauges. Sounds like a classic grounding issue. Not hard to fix.
