I have Imco SCX drives and on one drive one of the gimbal hinge pin fell out along with the 4 bolts that hold it in place. I have not seen it apart yet but it appears that the hole in gimbal ring and the gimbal helmet are wallowed out. Since the pin is at the bottom of the sea I cannot tell if the pin broke or the bolts came loose for some reason.
Has anyone had any issues with the gimbal hinge pin breaking, coming out, or bolts loosening and falling out?

If you have had a problem, what did you do to keep it from happening again.

Yes, we had the same problem, but with reg. Bravo Gimbal. We made a new pin, and bushing then used red locket on the bolts, No more problems/
