Default Broke another bravo one, whats the easiest uprgrade?

hey guys I broke another bravo on my 98 twin step 28zx with a 555ci motor making 700+hp, here is my question, the boat is running a bravo drive with a imco shorty lower and a stern advantage stern jack, I want to keep the stern jack because the boat works really well and is setup perfect, I just want to know what drive I could upgrade to and still be able to use the stern jack, the reason im kind of stumped is because the input shaft isn't the same as a normal bravo its shorter and connects to an intermediate shaft inside the sternjack which then goes into the gimbal bearing and into the engine coupler. please guys need some advice on what to do! throw another bravo on and run it for the rest of the season or is there an alternative? any help is greatly appreciated.

the short shaft can be hooked to other b1 type drives.

For the price of an used IMCO you can get four or six Bravos and the special tools to rebuild them yourself...

Yep, just sucks when it breaks 20 miles from the ramp on a Sunday night. But it's a chance I'd be willing to take!

I have an XR with max machine top cap and drive shower I would sell for $2500. The top cap is $500 new and shower $150. Its a pretty reliable set up though.

For 700hp, put a Bmax on it and run Bravo Shop gear oil . Call John P @ the Bravo Shop.

+ 1 on John at the Bravo Shop. Lose the Stern Jack before you lose a gimbal ring at speed. Put an etension box on it if the boat loves the setback.
