Does the Start/Finsh line run from the Pillow at a 90 degree angle to the beach ?

According to my time stamps on my images you finished 1 second ahead of Saris Racing .

The angle in which this image is taken from can be very deceiving. Both boats are already past the pillow . What does Sam's photo show ?
He may have had more of a 90 degree view to the shoreline.

Tim I don't know what you are trying to get at? This was discussed amongst scoring officials and staff prior to the change of positions being announced.

#1 It is from the position of the Chief Scorer. In which you were in the S/F boat and know that Toni was sitting at stern of the boat and not approximately mid-ship, which Sam was positioned. She is chief scorer not Sam
#2 It was Sam (who is another scorer) who went threw his photos and noticed that Miss PTM finished ahead of Grinch.
#3 The naked eye is what seemed to be deceiving, from both digital images taken from both angles of positions of Toni & Sam, the Finishing order will remain as 6th - 624 Miss PTM and 7th - 699 Grinch Racing

As far as the posted image, you as a photographer, know the importance of watermarking photos. The RAW untouched image taken by myself and Sam are available to view for those parties involved in the change of position ruling.
