First let me say that I'm not the type of person to air my laundry in public , whether it be clean or dirty. So I'm sorry that I'm going to be a bit vauge. The bottom line is that I was having problems for 2 years with prop choice, size, blades, brand...... I've tested a lot of props with varing results. Although I'm not finished with my quest I have to let all of my fellow performance boaters know that Brett and all of the Bblades staff have been people of honor and honesty even when it was probably a losing proposition for them. Without getting into details I know that my situation was a loss for Bblades, but as a good business person he accepted that and did that absolute best to satisfiey me. His concern was first to improve my performance and meet my goals and profit was second. In summary , Bblades knowledge of props is only supassed by their business ethics ,professionalism and customer service .
