I have been helping a buddy with his boat all summer. He has it together and running really well. It is a 1989 250 sport.
Now it needs some cosmetic work. The cabin door is broken on the top left corner. Also the windshield is broken.
Any leads in this stuff new or used is appreciated!

Yeah, that is what I was afraid of. When I had my 226 I had someone step on the windshield and break it. We were able to order one new at our local Baja dealer at that time. But there aren't even local Baja dealers anymore let alone parts......

i have the windscreen in those pictures and from what i have heard are no longer available. i got EXTREMELY lucky finding that one on ebay and getting a amazing deal on it. if he can make more, they fit well and have a great shape to them.

Just had a local guy call me that had his 270 windscreen broken in the storm over the weekend. Might consider making the mold from his boat that can be sent to someone like Aero Marine to start producing that windscreen again. Would someone in need of one pay the required $1200.00 to $1500.00 each on that old of a model Baja? It is allot of time and $ only for a couple windscreens, but if there are 8-10 needing them and willing to pay the price it might be worth doing.

stellar plastics is making them. it would taking some email digging but they wanted around 1200 for them BUT they had a seam in the front section in the center because their oven was not large enough for it. I have been told that people have had issues installing new wind shields on these because they all had to be trimmed a little different from the factory to fit correctly. personally I think producing them in fiberglass is the way to go, I love mine! XT can you tell me in the 270 had a different shape to them? I noticed it and mentioned it to a few other people and they thought the same thing
