Default Cost for a boat lift?

I'm just wondering how much does a boat lift cost? I have a 25' Baja and need a lift of at least 7,000lbs. What are the additional cost for a canopy top? Opinions on Shorestation vs Shoremaster? How much more would a 10,000lbs lift cost? Just incase I want a bigger boat.

A saltwater lift or fresh water hoist, big difference.

Fresh water. I'll need to take it out for the winter time. I'm looking to have it on the Three Lakes Chain in Wisconsin at my parents lake house.

If you have a floating dock with a finger on both sides id look at an econolift. Air it up and leave it in all winter. I used to install them and theyre really a nice product. A 10k will lift my 38' TG full of fuel just to give you an idea on ratings. New is about $1per pound. Also make a 4500, 7500, and a 12000

I've got a seven month old 10K lbs PolyLift with long-arm upgrade and Captains Choice remote for sale if your interested. It was $12k brand new this spring.

I would like to but I have to wait. For right now during the summer time my boat sits on the trailer. A lift would be nice to have at my parents lake house. This way I could walk down the steps lower the boat into the water start it up and go. After being done boating raise the boat up and put the cover back on that would be it.

I'm a RGC dealer. Just did a 8000 lb unit with direct drive and a 124" wide by 34' long canopy and cost was $12500. I also use this same unit for my 2001 35 Fountain lightning and lifts it well. RGC makes many different sizes but depending on style and canopy versus no canopy price is roughly $1 per pound to $1.50 per pound with canopy.

Buy used...I got my super overkill 10k polylift for 4500. The thing is fantastic. Craigslist is a good place to look.

I've had two of the vegtable piston lifts. One for my Betram Comp and just picked up another one this season for the Mirage. They are free standing and are left powered down in the water off season. They are very smooth and simple to get on and off by yourself. They also are fast up and down. PM me if you would like Chad's number to see what he has available.
