I have heard that a bunch were pulled off of cats because they lost a few mph on the top end.

Contact John Woodruff (Windship) He knows of a few guys that changed them out for 6's.I spoke with him about the 1350 M8 package.He hates the 8's,more so for failure's than speed.
Keep the 6's IMO. BTW boat looked good in Key West. I was right down the dock with Danny and the Skater.

Joey is nuts! He's a friggen riot. Didn't do the Poker Run with them,but went for a blast on Friday after the last race.The boat is amazing. I didn't stop and say anything , because I was probably either hung over , or in a rush to get to the Red Garter!!

We have a pair. With Gimbals.
We bought the package, but used the engines in a BPM boat. Gimbals ad drives still in Mercury boxes.

No problem…. We have a lot of M*/1350 boats running around out there.

The 6 is a bit faster, but 1350s on the 6s wear pretty good… Drive maintenance and a good throttle hand are key..
