Hello all, My current boat is the first I've owned with CMI switchable exhaust (always had corsa before). With the exhaust selected to quiet it works for a while then after 10-15 minutes the exhaust starts to turn on. Do I have a leak or bad pump? Not too familiar with this system and wish it was corsa. Thanks in advance!!

If it closes the flappers the pump in good. More than likely it is leaking at the STC fittings or accuators.

what is happening is quite common,a very small leak will slowly let the flaps open,just hit the switch after about 10 minutes.

Mike, Problem is, if you run hard they'll open even sooner, I'll trouble shoot when this cold spell is gone. Thanks
