I need to replace the steering pin and seals on my Bravo gimbal assembly. My question is where to buy the best parts at the best price and also what other parts/seals do I need to put my gimbal assembly back on? The gimbal is currently off because I have just completed replacing the transom with all new wood and glass.

There's probably a few items on that list you may not need. Depends on what shape your parts are in. I don't think my bell housing/gimble ring had ever been off before so I'm replacing a lot of stuff.
