well, seeing if i can find some SSM 3's or up for my cafe for a right price. Thinking about cleaning up and selling my TRS's to offset SSM's. Saw a bunch of sets of drives separate to gimbals. Preferably looking for a whole set from someone who upgraded and has laying around. Props included would be awesome. if you got some or know where some are that would be great. NOT looking to pay retail, dont need brand new painted, cause ill do all that anyways... just dont want beat drives.
thanks

You will need to glass the transom, and possibly move the engine mounts for the transmissions. SSM typically are 72c. TRS either had merc trans or 71c. Just for your Info. Not sure why you would change it up unless you are putting in 650HP or more. TRS are stout drives.
