Default Outboard Cat Ladder ?

I bought a 30 Spectre with twin outboards and wondering what everyone is doing for a ladder. Looks like it is going to be a pain in the butt to get in the boat this summer after jumping in the water for a swim.

E-Ladders or Emergency Exit Ladders can be mounted directly to a jack plate or an engine bracket can be purchased to mount directly to engine mount.

I have one of the 2 step versions of this ladder on the back of my 30 Spectre, the bracket is right under the rubrail on the transom, and the storage clips are on the back of the bulkhead on the Starboard side, has never fallen out of the clips, and the steps float incase you drop it while putting it on the bracket.

There are other versions, just search "Dive Ladders for boats" on your favorite search engine.
