"The operator was attempting a high speed turn when the boat turned too sharp and ejected the operator into the water. The boat continued and ran aground into the woods approximately 90 feet"

Default Total loss

Says it right in the report, "Total Loss"

Many Checkmates are OB's and may not have lanyards.
Thankfully no one hurt according to report. Insurance may not pay due to owner negligence.

Explain to me exactly what a stepped boat is and I'll tell you whether or not they are

Good try Grand-ma!! You almost had it!!68 year old Female Water Ski accident

Cindy, A Stepped Boat usually has a complete step across the entire (Or almost entire) running surface of the Hull. For instance the "Camo Toon" does not have one! Yet the new Fountains, and Cigarette's do!

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I thought some Checkmate's do, 280 ZT? Listen, all these accidents are typically driver neglience!!! Quit making issues of the boat!!!! It is not the boat!!!! Regardless of the manufacter!!! I wish some peple would get this!!!!

The Check ZT's ARE stepped. The Convincor's are non-stepped.
