Found the issue with start solenoid. The 16 pin (I think) connector on top motor. It has two black wire that need to be connected together to ground start relay..
Also I ran it on the shipping crate for about 1/2 hour ran great wated fuel presure higher so I upped it 3# and ran fine real responsive. Here a little idle video. Raylar 102 cam roller rockers light head porting and bowl work adj. fuel pres. regulator and whipple remapped ECU.
