Apologies to All: Please Read !
It has come to my attention that I may I owe a few of you an apology if you are a member here on OSO or a Facebook friend.
It seems that a rookie Ft. Lauderdale area real estate agent learned that most of my referrals and my professional network come from my boating contacts. He used that information to reach out to many of you here and/or on Facebook with the sole intention of accumulating a similar network to use for marketing. I am unable to determine how many of you here on OSO may have been contacted and/or solicited.
I CAN tell you with certainty that in just a few months he has reached out to over 220 of my Facebook friends – most of whom he has no personal relationship with – and has now begun to solicit them for business through post comments and private messages. I have now blocked him on Facebook.
Several friends here on OSO and on Facebook reached out to me and brought his interaction with them to my attention, prompting me to make this post. I am not asking anyone to delete or contact him, I only wanted to apologize for putting any of you in a position where you had to use time to deal with any of this. This person’s name is Shai Mashiach in the event that any of you have already been contacted or are contacted in the future.
Sincere apologies again.

I am an agent. I tested for my license to supplement my contractors license. This is somewhat typical of south Florida unfortunately.... I hope you arent friends or acquaintances. If you are you should pipe bomb his house. This is on par with hitting on your wife. Complete bullchit. What a dishonest azzclown.

We could all start contacting him when were bored driving across the country to poker runs and waste his entire day telling us about property we are not going to buy... I like it when I'm driving across the country for 24 hours and don't have anything to do then some telemarketer calls me for the hundredth time wanting to sell me a high dollar vacuum.... Keeps me awake for hours of entertainment ... I have never bought one but from the hours I spent on the phone with them I can tell you anything you need to know about them.
