Lake Hopatcong Grand Prix Cancelled
#1
Due due the number of storms that have occurred in Lake Hopatcong, the water level on the lake has risen 9 1/2 feet at the dam which exceeds state regulation. With this influx level, this has caused the State Police to issue a NO WAKE zone on the entire lake.
OPA Racing is complying with the New Jersey State Police request.

Sorry to hear that the OPA, Lake Hopatcong Grand Prix Race was cancelled due to Mother Nature. Love the interviews, Shawn and Ed Smith of Cleveland Construction, always remember that video and sound are always on, somewhere by somebody. Louie the Rigger from Strickly Business, what was that you said to that poor old lady who wanted your Autograph and to the guy who was having a drink and walked in front of the camera when you and Mad Dog were being interviewed. That was funny.

Was watching the interviews and was surprised to see that George Eisenthart is still racing. I thought that I heard that George was retiring after the 2013 race season. I'm glad to see that George is still racing, have been watching him racing, it seems forever when he was racing "Grumpy Old Men". At 77 years young George is an inspiration to all.

After seeing where we at in 2013, there is visibly over a foot lower than last year...
